My name is Steph, also known as Umm Khadeejah, and I’m a revert Muslimah, a mum of two, and a Virtual Assistant with 14 years of experience across multiple sectors. I support Muslim entrepreneurs who are building powerful, purposeful businesses—without burning themselves out.

My Journey to Becoming The Muslim VA
Before stepping into this role, I spent 14 years working across B2B, B2C, and non-profit sectors, supporting businesses of all sizes in marketing, operations, and customer experience. I’ve worked with:

And Then… I Became a Mum
Becoming a mum of two completely shifted how I work, but in the best way.
Motherhood has been my training ground for multitasking, prioritising, staying calm under pressure, and juggling multiple needs at once. It’s taught me how to plan efficiently, communicate clearly, and keep things running even when life feels chaotic.
